   I see what you’re saying, but that doesn’t quite work. We know Frank gets paid for working his 9 to 5 job. We don’t know that Toni gets paid for watching Shannon, since they’re family and she’s a kind soul.

   I think if we were supposed to believe that, they would have showed Jonah pay them for sitting her at least once . Since, it’s never been shown, I think it’s safe to say it’s never happened.
